A company is looking for a Support Coordinator - UMII.
Key Responsibilities
Assist care / case managers with non-clinical activities including managing authorizations and member outreach
Handle calls regarding authorizations, referrals, and care plans while documenting accurate member information
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and internal procedures while managing a large volume of tasks
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
Prior experience in a customer service environment
Working experience in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
