Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Operations at Prime Dentistry in Birmingham, MI. The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for day-to-day operations management, including P&L management, strategic planning, project management, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Operations Management, P&L Management, and Project Management skills
- Experience in strategic planning
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
