Manager, Treasury
What you'll be doing
- Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments / trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
- Manages and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and / or departmental / enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Establishes and implements individual and team priorities, performance goals and objectives to ensure completion of responsibility for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Provides training and development opportunities, including stretch assignments, for team members and gives honest and open feedback to aid in the development of talent.
- Manages and evaluates individual / team performance and takes appropriate action to meet and / or exceed performance standards for assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Identifies and recommends process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality across for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Serves as a resource to team members and internal / external stakeholders on more complex assignments / projects for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Manages assigned area(s) of responsibility to ensure workloads are appropriately balanced among team members.
- Ensures that top talent is hired and retained for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Builds organizational capability within their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Manages a team and processes for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Manages standard and more complex treasury activities for their area(s) of responsibility to support cash, liquidity management, operations and / or statutory requirements.
- Conducts quality assurance checks / audits on treasury transactions.
- Manages treasury reporting and analysis to support management decision-making.
- May lead monitoring of cash cycles and preparation of short and long-term cash forecasts.
- Coordinates responses to internal / external audit requests and ensures issues are resolved in a collaborative manner.
- Monitors compliance with regulatory requirements, internal / external controls, and SOX procedures; alerts management of any potential non-compliances.
- Acts as a resource for team regarding more complex treasury trends / issues and maintains current knowledge of treasury standards.
- Identifies issues / concerns and recommends improvements to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- May lead or participate in departmental or enterprise-wide projects.
- Develops and maintains relationships with internal / external business partners.
What we’re looking for
- 4 Year / Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
- 3+ Years of experience in Treasury and / or account reconciliation that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position, including 2+ years of managerial, supervisory, and / or demonstrated leadership experience (Required)

Pay Range : $67,000 - $120,700 Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.
The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.
Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
