- Job description : Processes accounts receivable transactions.* Verifies amounts owed and received and ensures that transactions are recorded properly and accurately in accordance with internal accounting policies.
- Maintains and reconciles accounts receivable ledger accounts.* Analyzes accounts receivable transactions to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting principles.
- Maintains and reconciles accounts receivable Ledger and prepares management reports including reports of delinquent accounts.
- Analyzes trends in bad debt and recommends improvements to account receivable vendor inquiries.* May be responsible for ad hoc customer billing and responding to customer inquiries regarding bills.
