Job Title : Program Manager

Job Location : Clifton, NJ

Job Description : This Program Manager is responsible for directing the daily tasks and ongoing administrative functions of program initiatives adhering to contractual obligations and subsequent reporting.

Essential Functions

• Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion
• Drive program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing or current programs
• Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs
• Participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes
• Responsible for analyzing bids, assisting in development of WBS / Deliverables / Schedule / Cashflow forecast
• Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans and performance Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms / conditions of contract
• Act as primary customer contract for program activities including leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance to ensure seamless execution
• Effectively communicate with all levels of co-workers, senior management, and customer
• Work with functions assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas to identify and assist in areas of improvement for systems and processes
• Travel up to 10% as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

Preferred Additional Skills :

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New Jersey state is $90,500-$168,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
