Automotive Receptionist/Cashier Supervisor
Luxury Auto Mall of Sioux Falls is looking for a passionate team member who wants to deliver a high level of service to our customers, while growing your career with our growing company.
The Receptionist / Cashier receives payment for products or services sold and plays a key role in maintaining or creating customer satisfaction for the business transaction.
Essential Job Function and Responsibilities :
- Greet customers in a pleasant and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls promptly, politely and professionally
- Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customers
- Answers customer questions about service performed or products purchased, or refers them to someone who can
- Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution
- Maintains a professional appearance
- Keeps work area neat and clean
Supervisory Responsibilities :
- Scheduling work shifts to meet the demand of the department, approving and tracking time off requests
- Continued training of personnel as determined by changes and processing updates
- Quality assurance of work performance with personnel, verifying receivables and balancing cash drawers
- Oversight of guest refreshment stations maintaining cleanliness and fully stocked at all times
Minimum Qualifications :
- One year office experience with excellent customer service skills
- Team oriented
- Submit to and successfully complete MVR and background check
- Dealership experience preferred CDK a plus
