We seek 250 candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as COC. JOB OVERVIEW
Provide services and support as a HR Leadership (Director of Human Resources) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) Generally Located In CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Director of Human Resources | Human Resources [COC0053250]
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with city objectives.
Oversee all HR divisions: recruitment, benefits, labor relations, training.
Manage HR budget and staffing levels.
Serve as chief advisor on employment policies to senior leadership.
Represent the organization in labor negotiations.
