In this position, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth operations across various real estate and investment disciplines. Duties :
- Report to the Managing Principal on a daily basis for Ad Hoc Administrative Needs
- Manage the Company’s recurring administrative tasks as further outlined below
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, travel and events, and prepare related agendas
- Assist with various HR-related items (e.g., management of the Company’s 401(k) portal, PTO tracking, and team members’ day-to-day schedules)
- Create and manage meeting invites as needed
- Manage compliance with state-by-state requirements and regulations (including insurance), in jurisdictions in which the Company does business
- Oversee and maintain the Company’s filing system
- Assist team members' management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication
- Support the business developing team with marketing materials, including creating or editing presentations and compiling data
- Keep software up to date and work with the team to troubleshoot technology problems; serve as the point of contact for internal IT troubleshooting and external IT vendor support when necessary
- Coordinate with outside vendors for services and repairs
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory
- Manage social media accounts, public relations, media, and philanthropic work
- Research and propose new ideas and tools to increase business efficiencies, save costs, and promote better collaboration
- Assist with intra-office connectivity and culture / team building efforts
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors, including orientation scheduling and equipment setup
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, including personnel files and business records
Skills / Qualifications :

Commitment : Part-Time
Schedule : To be discussed. Monday through Thursday half days or Tuesday through Thursday full days.
Salary Guidance : $40 / hr
