Transportation Coordinator
As a Transportation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting thousands of drivers across the country. You will utilize two-way audio / video communication to verify identities and specifications on trucks, coordinating and providing updates on daily activities at warehouses, facilities, and distribution centers. This position demands extreme attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a high sense of urgency. You will be engaging with approximately 200 drivers daily, making excellent and clear communication essential.

Work Environment : The position is on-site, five days a week in Tempe, AZ, with training from Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm, for three weeks. The first day of training will be from 9 : 00 am to 5 : 30 pm. Post-training schedule will be Sunday to Tuesday, 9 : 00 am to 5 : 30 pm, with Wednesday and Thursday off. Mandatory overtime is expected during peak seasons from October to January, involving a sixth workday and 10-hour shifts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 / hr.
