Job Description :
- The IT Support Specialist will provide end-user hardware and IT services, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain local IT infrastructure.
- The role involves supporting desktops, networks, mobility services, and helpdesk operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
Local Infrastructure / Deskside Operations :
Deploy and support end-user hardware and IT services locally.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and infrastructure-related issues.Follow standard procedures for IT requests and incident handling.Improve incident resolution times and customer service quality.Maintain and troubleshoot local IT infrastructure, peripherals, network, and video conferencing systems.Participate in the rollout of new technologies, services, and security updates.Helpdesk Operations :
Follow standard operating procedures for IT requests and incident management.Troubleshoot performance issues across IT infrastructure, applications, and collaboration services.Provide feedback and assist in creating procedures, work instructions, and new service scopes.Support the deployment of new technologies and security measures.Mobility And Wireless Operations :
Deploy and support mobile devices and mobility services for internal users.Troubleshoot issues for smartphones, tablets, data devices, and enterprise mobility applications.Manage mobility asset inventory and configurations.Resolve user issues related to wireless services, setup, and connectivity.Participate in the rollout of new mobility technologies and services.Requirement / Must Have :
University degree with 1-2 years of experience or 5-6 years of relevant work experience.Basic knowledge of corporate, industry, and professional IT standards.Familiarity with project management concepts and tools.Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and promptly with users.bility to articulate ideas clearly and prepare concise reports.
