Maintenance Supervisor – Cultivation Facility : Responsibilities

• As a new Maintenance Supervisor at our cultivation facility, oversee routine inspections, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure all systems are functioning efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with cultivation teams to identify potential issues and implement timely solutions.
• Coordinate maintenance staff, prepare reports, and engage in continual training to stay informed about best practices and innovations in the field.
• Maintain a proactive approach and a commitment to high performance in a dynamic environment.

Schedule & Work Environment

Your typical work week will be Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work weekends as needed to accommodate maintenance emergencies or project deadlines.

Daily tasks involve coordinating maintenance staff, preparing reports, and applying problem-solving skills to enhance operations.
