A-Line Staffing is now hiring Representative I in Phoenix, AZ.

The Representative I would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full-time / 40+ hours per week.

Representative I Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $15.05 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Representative I Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday with a Saturday rotation every 7 weeks
  • Training will be conducted on-site in Phoenix, AZ for approximately one month
  • After onboarding and proficiency, candidates may transition to remote work (requires hardwired internet with minimum 25 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload; screenshot must be added to top of resume)
  • Representative I Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from participants and prescribers to start and process order requests
  • Research and investigate orders using Compass and LINKS
  • Resolve issues escalated by Customer Care, Account Managers, internal customers, and Quality Assurance
  • Notify requestors of decisions, changes, or other relevant information
  • Research and resolve payment issues, post payments to proper accounts, and complete mail order prescription transactions
  • Call participants to offer direct sale of medications
  • Follow standard operating procedures, problem-solve, and troubleshoot within strict turnaround times
  • Representative I Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
  • Strong soft skills, phone etiquette, and computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Must be comfortable with call monitoring and performance tracking
  • Reliable transportation required (public transit nearby but not directly to the building)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or insurance customer service
  • Familiarity with Compass and LINKS systems
