Job Description :
Position Duties and Responsibilities :
- Leads and is accountable for the planning evaluation andimplementation of product launches major product reformulationsmajor qualifications and international projects;
- Develop detailed projecttimelines ensuring crossfunctional and third party input iscaptured and projects are delivered on time and on budget;
- Identifies risks andcontingencies and communicates progress to key stakeholders;
- Provide statusupdates on projects on an agreed to schedule and shares key updatesand actions via meeting agendas and meeting minutes;
- Identify issues and risks anddevelop mitigation plans with the cross functional team to resolveproject setbacks and obstacles;
- Organize project teams utilizing crossfunctionalresources;
- Obtain agreement from line management and countryrepresentatives on team resource expectations and performance forteam members;
- Theincumbent manages project team meetings prepares agendas schedulesmeetings and issues minutes and action items;
- Through the efforts of theseteams the scope and timing of the project is determined andcompleted;
- Identifyroot causes and corrective actions for project deviations includingfacilitating problem resolution between initiators andimplementation teams;
- Provide updates on progress to goals to site managementfor all projects;
