Paralegal

A small venture capital organization based in Newton, MA is looking to bring on a Paralegal on a permanent basis.

The person in this role will work closely with the attorneys across the office and will be responsible for a broad range of corporate paralegal tasks, including entity management, filings, and insurance audits.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents
• Prepare, organize, and retrieve files
• Conduct UCC searches
• Handle public filings and related compliance tasks
• Provide general paralegal support across the legal team
