My client is a leading regional law firm in DC hiring for a corporate lawyer with at least 3 years of experience in private and public M&A transactions.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in DC and in good standing
- Ability to work in a collegiate and fast paced environment
