About the Role :

InstaMD is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the billing and operational performance of multiple medical practices . The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and fluent in the use of modern healthcare technologyincluding EHR systems, data analytics, and AI-driven tools . This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in dynamic, multi-site environments and can drive operational excellence across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations, billing, and revenue cycle management for multiple practices.
• Implement and monitor efficient workflows to improve productivity and patient experience.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to optimize practice performance.
• Analyze operational and financial data using AI and automation tools to guide decision-making.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate technology solutions, including EHR systems and telehealth tools.
• Travel as needed to practice sites across the West Coast.
