• Order processing : Assist customers with order placement, status updates, and returns or exchanges.
• Product knowledge : Stay up-to-date with product / service offerings to effectively answer customer inquiries.
• Maintain records : Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the company's system.
• Escalate issues : Transfer more complex cases to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
• Customer feedback : Collect feedback from customers to help improve processes and services.
