Job Summary

We are seeking a hospitality minded Marketing leadership professional to join our dynamic airport lounge operations team. MUST be based in a location near Dulles, Newark, or Chicago airport hubs. As the Marketing Manager for this busy aviation portfolio, you will be responsible for implementing and elevating the organization’s front-of-house standards and client driven initiatives. This role focuses on executing strategic programs that enhance customer satisfaction and guest experience, including merchandising, seasonal activations, and regional promotions. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing for Airport Lounges and Conference Centers to ensure the Aviation division’s goals are achieved. Travel required - 50%
