Strategy And Operations Senior Manager

Strategy and Operations Senior Manager, Google Customer Solutions. This role may also be located in the Playa Vista, CA campus. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$267,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive projects, identify and assess strategic opportunities, and influence executive-level decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations on potential options, risks, and upsides to support business growth.
  • Identify and address systemic business issues through innovative, creative solutions. Navigate ambiguity and translate undefined problems into plans.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing and aligning groups on solutions that drive business growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor leveraging knowledge of internal systems and industry trends to inform decision-making.
  • Set the strategic direction for the team, aligning team goals with broader organizational objectives, and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve results.
