Job Description Summary
As a vital support to the Chief Operating Officer, you will provide exceptional assistance to the COO, SVP of Quality, and Vice President of Compliance by managing various confidential administrative duties within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Thrive under pressure while maintaining confidentiality.
Provide secretarial support to the departments under the Executive’s purview as needed.
Schedule all meetings and appointments for the Executive.
Exhibit excellent composition skills and grammar.
Maintain records and files, including minutes of meetings required by public health regulations.
Initiate and prepare correspondence and notices as needed.
Stay informed about organizational structure and changes.
Assist with the initiation of Code status when necessary.
Utilize departmental software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiently.
Understand individual emergency roles and responsibilities.
Job Requirements
Education :
Associates Degree in Secretarial Sciences or equivalent education / experience preferred.
Experience :
Three to five (3-5) years of relevant secretarial experience, ideally in a healthcare setting.
Skills & Qualifications :
Exceptional communication abilities, customer service orientation, flexibility under pressure, and strong judgment skills. A background in medical terminology is highly desirable.
