Entry Level Cost Support Analyst (HYBRID)

Job Title : Cost Support QA Analyst

Responsibilities

Review and analyze system data to ensure proper integration and alignment with business requirements.

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify and resolve data discrepancies.

Collaborate with development, business, and project management teams to understand integration requirements and address data-related concerns.

Document and track defects, working closely with team lead to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Perform data validation and integrity checks to confirm that data is accurately reflected across integrated systems.

Essential Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred, but not required).

Experience with data migration and system integration projects.

Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.

Knowledge of retail systems and store operations.

Proven experience as a QA Analyst or similar role, preferably in a store or retail environment.

Strong understanding of database management, data integration, and quality assurance methodologies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in using Excel and Power BI for data validation.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Work Environment

Candidates will be part of a project that starts in November and goes through December 2026 at a minimum. This is a hybrid opportunity. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, focusing on speeding up the process for store conversions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00 / hr.
