ThreePillars of the work in thisorg :
1.Connected Messaging Omnichannel may play role. Looking at outboundcomm (email / text / comm with customers). Primary focus onconsolidating into one standardized platform and vendors for eachchannel (project for the nextyear).
2.Personalized content how they deliver and manage content. AEM istheir primary CMS because that is the path they are going.
Personalization aspect (Target in Adobe and AJO). Target AJP andCDP is the gap she has on her team so if people have they may be agreat fit forteam.
3.Data / Personalization Experience CDP in Adobe. How do they collectthe data (Edge network in Adobe) The customer data platformsegmentation and how to createprofiles.
