A company is looking for a Senior Director, Data Analytics & Business Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the enterprise analytics and BI strategy aligned with business objectives
Lead adoption and optimization of modern data technologies and oversee data integration and governance
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing analytics and BI team while managing multiple high-priority projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative or computational discipline
7+ years' experience in data and insights solution development and enterprise technical architecture roles
5+ years' experience in Pharmacy, Healthcare, or Life Sciences sectors
Expert knowledge of pharmacy services, data management, and IT engineering
Visible leadership skills with a proven ability to attract and develop high-performing teams
