Product Development Technician II

Are you a skilled technician with a passion for product development and innovation? Are you experienced in electrical instrumentation, environmental testing, and mechanical engineering?

Primary Job Responsibilities :

• Fabricate test equipment, testing setups, prototypes, and other necessary items.
• Perform complex testing tasks and meticulously summarize data.
• Lead tasks such as material testing, drawings, and CAD work.
• Assist in the installation of test projects, including instrumentation, data collection, and analysis.
• Receive general direction on key objectives and guidance on unconventional or complex problems.
• Maintain general shop upkeep and handle other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities :

• Possess intermediate oral and technical writing skills.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Interact seamlessly with other staff and present specific aspects of technician assignments.
• Manage tasks indirectly, including assigning basic tasks and coordinating with technicians or administrative staff.

Qualifications :

• Preferably possess a 2-Year Technical Degree; commensurate experience will be considered.
• Have 3+ years of similar experience.
