Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through handling incoming calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls professionally and provide solutions to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints in a calm and empathetic manner
- Ensure all calls are logged accurately and efficiently in the system
- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department or manager, when necessary
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain customer confidentiality
- Provide product information and assist customers in making informed decisions
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
