Youll optimize workflows, ensure top-quality deliverables, and help a fast-paced, globally distributed team deliver projects that meet brand standards. In this role you will :

Run Campaigns & Workflows : Design and optimize marketing automation across channels to drive engagement and pipeline growth.

Data & Segmentation : Keep data clean, segment audiences, and personalize messaging to make campaigns smarter.

Align & Collaborate : Partner with Sales and Marketing to make sure campaigns hit revenue goals and run smoothly.

Analyze & Improve : Track performance, dig into metrics, and tweak campaigns for maximum impact.

CRM & Tools : Manage CRM integrations, lead scoring, and automation platforms (like n8n) to keep processes efficient and scalable.

Experience : 2+ years in marketing operations, campaign management, or related roles with measurable impact on workflow efficiency or campaign results.

Marketing Automation : Hands-on with platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot to run multi-channel campaigns.

CRM & Lead Management : Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead scoring, and maintaining clean, accurate data.

Email & Campaign Optimization : Experience with email strategy, segmentation, A / B testing, and performance analysis.

Analytics & Reporting : Ability to interpret campaign metrics, create dashboards, and turn data into actionable insights.

Automation & Data Tools (Preferred) : Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n), SQL, AI-driven personalization, or web analytics.
