Key Responsibilities

Provide accessible support to clients via chat, email, and phone throughout the post auction process

Assist clients with financing, title transfers, and DMV regulations

Collaborate with teams to improve platform tools and internal processes

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience with vehicle transactions, particularly title transfers and state-specific sale processes

Previous customer service experience, ideally in an automobile dealership or auction environment

Strong critical thinking skills and a professional customer-facing demeanor

Working knowledge of the Google platform and basic spreadsheet tools
