Shift : 1p-10p, must be able to work every 3rd weekend rotation

Duties : Checking / verifying dispensed medications and E-Kits; Manages pharmacy technicians, strong communication with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals as patients are released from acute facilities and transferred to skilled nursing facilities.
Experience : Prefer at least 1-year in LTC setting or strong experience working with geriatric patients.Great opportunity for a RETAIL pharmacist to get their foot in the door in a new setting.
