Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer acceptance

Partner with hiring managers to develop targeted recruiting strategies

Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels

Required Qualifications

8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technology or cybersecurity

Experience hiring for enterprise software roles

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms

Ability to influence hiring managers and manage competing priorities

Experience with ATS platforms such as iCIMS or similar
