ABOUT THE JOB
This role will be highly visible within the Company and will partner with the Group VP, Corporate FP&A and CFO to play critical role in driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis for the organization. This leader will provide financial insights, support executive decision-making, and ensure alignment with business objectives to optimize financial performance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process, including support and oversight of corporate departments, other centralized department budgets and business groups. Partner with senior leadership on refinements to annual budget and quarterly forecasts / latest estimates.
- Oversee and optimize value lever initiatives like working capital management and balance sheet forecasting for Company, both at corporate and business unit levels.
- Guide preparation of monthly reporting to Board of Directors, including financial reporting package information, related schedules, follow up action items and CEO executive summary information.
- Responsible to lead the quarterly business review (QBR) process, including providing guidance and support to business leaders and finance business partners in development and preparation of presentations.
- Support and measure financial expression of long-range projections included in the strategic planning process.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership, supporting key business decisions.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA / MBA preferred10+ years of experience with relevant background in corporate finance or similarStrong working knowledge of accounting and finance operations. Knowledge of Planful is desirable.Advanced Excel skills requiredExceptional written / verbal communication skills and high attention to detailAbility to operate in fast-paced, dynamic environment, provide constructive feedback and balance workload with multiple and competing prioritiesMethodical and organized approach to completing projects.Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships and solid working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organizationCustomer-service focus, with demonstrated experience dealing successfully with front-line internal and external customersWHAT YOU’LL GET
