Facilities Maintenance Project Manager

This job is a contract position for a Maintenance Process Manager with Primary Talent Partners, supporting a multinational telecom company. The role is hybrid, based in Houston, TX, Charlotte, NC, Pittsburgh, PA, or Phoenix, AZ, with specific pay and contract details provided.

Pay Range : $46.72 / hr - $51.72 / hr (base pay range provided by Primary Talent Partners)

Position Details : 12-month contract, likely extensions, possible conversion. W-2 employment, no C2C or visa sponsorship. Hybrid work with Mondays and Fridays WFH, Tuesdays to Thursdays in the office.

Responsibilities include :

• Managing and reviewing maintenance tickets, ensuring proper categorization and resolution.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve site issues promptly.
• Creating work scopes, bidding, and project management.
• Reporting on maintenance activities and ensuring safety and structural integrity of facilities.
