Member Service Representative (Digital)

• Member Service Representative (Digital Services)
• Job Description
• To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24 / 7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation
• Provide information regarding the company's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service
• Assisting members with Zelle and fruad related transactions
• Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily
• Qualifications
• High School Diploma / GED required
• 1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (call center, collections, banking)
• Ability to work in a fast-pace high-volume call center environment
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• STRONG computer knowledge and data entry / typing skills
• Training :
• First 6 weeks are fully onsite, Monday - Friday, 3 : 00pm - 11 : 30pm
• Schedules Available :
• Monday - Saturday (Sundays off and 1 rotating off day during the week), 11 : 00am - 8 : 30pm, 12 : 00pm - 9 : 30pm, 1 : 00pm - 10 : 30pm, 2 : 00pm - 11 : 30pm
• Location :
• Pensacola, FL / ability to work hybrid after training with 2 days onsite per week

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50 / hr.
