Who We Need : Due to growth, we are searching for a Product Manager to join the team. In the role of Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the continued development of a growing product.

We are looking for someone with the right blend of technical expertise and market insight to take part in the development of this quickly growing product.

This is a REMOTE position, based in the U.S. Some travel will be required. Eligible states of residence : AL, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MD, ME, NC, PA, TX, WI What You’ll Do : Lead the development lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization to launch and ongoing improvement.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on customer feedback, market insights, and competitive research and analysis.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews to maintain a well-organized and prioritized product backlog.

Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. Collaborate with stakeholders, gather feedback, and manage expectations throughout the product development process.

Gather and analyze customer feedback and behaviors to identify pain points, preferences, and opportunities for improvement.

Define and track key performance metrics, continuously analyzing data to optimize the product. Engage with users to gather their feedback and incorporate it into the product development process.

Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces ensuring an exceptional user experience. Advocate for user-centric design principles and usability throughout the product development process.

Be willing to jump in on one-off projects and assignments as needed. As a Product Manager , you have : Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as software engineering, computer science, or similar.

5+ years of proven experience in product management, product development, or a related field, preferably within the fintech industry.

Ability to research and analyze incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs and turn them into solid action plans. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions to drive product improvements.

Passion for learning about user needs and a love of building creative solutions to address them effectively Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and exert influence without direct authority.

Superior written and verbal communication with concise and persuasive presentation skills. Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 10%).
