A company is looking for an Administration Support Specialist to provide key administrative support for 401(k) Administration Services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage data entry processes and maintain accurate plan and participant records
Coordinate the creation and amendments of plan documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Support reconciliation efforts related to contributions and assist with client communications regarding year-end filings
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years' experience in general office management preferred
Advanced knowledge of 401(k) Plan Structure, ROBS, and IRS / DOL Regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel
