Upscale restaurant that combines traditional steakhouse classics and innovative surprises is in need of a FINE DINING RESTAURANT Executive Sous Chef.
Premium cuts of meat aged to perfection, fresh seafood, and locally sourced ingredients are the foundation of this rich and flavorful menu.
Required;
3-5 years of upscale dining experience
Culinary degree preferred
Proven track record of total commitment to kitchen and menu
Butchering Skills a plus
Responsibilities of the Chef de Cuisine :
Execute menu
Lead the kitchen to success during every shift
Order and receive product
Train & develop the Culinary Staff
