Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager - EOS Integrator based in New Braunfels, TX. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, align teams with the company's strategic goals, and ensure the successful implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing operational efficiency, driving accountability, and fostering a solutions-oriented culture. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to achieve financial and organizational objectives while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
