Our goal is to be the most viewed sports entertainment network in the country by 2030. The mission of this role is to take captured content and develop the most highly entertaining and engaging stories to help propel us towards that goal.

Objectives

  • Average 65+% viewer retention rate for all long-form videos
  • Average 95+% viewer retention rate for all short-form videos

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

Using your pre-production, production and post-production skills, you will be expected to edit at least 4 long-form videos and 8 short-form videos per month.

You will be responsible for editing the highest quality footage, producing equally impressive edits to be published on Momentum channels, and working ahead of deadlines.

The highest levels of entertainment, innovation and authenticity occur here on a daily basis; it is your job to make sure the world sees the best version of it.

Required Experience and Skills :

  • Previous work experience as a collegiate or professional sports videographer / editor.
  • Hands-on experience with editing software (i.e. Final Cut Pro X)
  • Adept in Basic video editing skills (i.e. basic sound design, dialogues, graphics and effects, etc.)
  • Proven ability to generate ideas and see them through to completed projects.
  • Constant desire to discover and implement new editing techniques and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
  • History of creative storytelling and artistic skills.
