Key Responsibilities

Manage administrative tasks, maintain records, and ensure smooth daily operations

Assist with scheduling, manage departmental correspondence, and prepare expense reports

Coordinate logistics for events and projects, monitor budgets, and support special projects

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

2+ years of experience in an administrative office setting, or equivalent education

Proficient computer skills and experience with office software

Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively

Strong organizational skills
