How You Will Make History Here

You will lead the strategic growth of the Campbell Snacks portfolio at Harris Teeter, driving volume, profit, and share within the salty snacks category. By building strong customer relationships and leveraging insights, you'll shape joint business plans and deliver impactful results through cross-functional collaboration.

This is a remote position based in Charlotte, NC or surrounding areas.

What You Will Do

• Lead strategic joint planning with senior-level customer contacts
• Align customer plans with internal volume, profit, and share objectives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop insights-based strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with senior customer leaders
• Monitor and control sales spending and expenses
• Lead a cross-functional customer team including marketing, finance, category management, shopper marketing, and supply chain
• Oversee brand strategy execution and category management initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Campbell policies and contractual commitments
• Provide customer / channel insights to headquarters
• Resolve issues and manage multiple customer-facing projects
• Coach and develop team members, focusing on succession planning and performance
• Drive financial performance across all Campbell Snacks categories
• Travel required : approximately 1525%.

Compensation and Benefits :

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $151,500-$217,800. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
