In this role, you will handle key financial tasks, including billing, reconciliation, and reporting, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities :

• Process percentage rent billings accurately and within established timelines.
• Reconcile reporting data against actual calculations to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Follow up on missing sales data for previously billed percentage rents.
• Generate comprehensive gross sales reports for organizational use.
• Update tenant sales information in internal systems to maintain accurate records.
• Manage sales-related tasks using Salesforce and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to set up retail accounts and processes.
• Assist in responding to audit requests and providing necessary documentation.
• Participate in special projects and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
