Key Responsibilities

Network to discover and attract new talent for team growth

Coach and develop new Financial Professionals through training and experience

Collaborate with local leadership to enhance organizational values and goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Four-year college degree preferred but not required

Completion of 12 months as an entry-level Financial Professional with necessary licensing

Must pass FINRA Series 24 exam prior to stepping into a leadership role

Ability to develop markets and sustain long-term client relationships

Desire to assist others in planning and protecting their financial futures
