Location : Orange, CA

Pay : Starting at $20 / hr (Higher rate possible based on performance)

Schedule : MondayFriday, 7 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM

Employment Type : Temporary with potential for long-term employment and advancement

Position Overview : Seeking a detail-oriented and professional General Office Clerk to support daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. While this is a temporary position, there is potential for long-term employment based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails in a courteous and timely manner
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated records in company systems
• Scan, file, and organize both physical and electronic documents
• Provide general administrative support including photocopying, filing, and preparing correspondence
• Assist the manager with daily operational tasks and project coordination
• Communicate with customers and internal departments to provide information or support
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and maintain confidentiality

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
