Responsibilities :
- Process and verify full-cycle payroll transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage multistate payroll operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain and balance payroll records, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing payroll-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of payroll systems, such as Workday.
- Generate detailed payroll reports and summaries for management review.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data manipulation.
- Familiarity with multistate payroll operations and associated regulations.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving payroll-related concerns.
- Experience with Workday payroll systems is preferred but not mandatory.
- General knowledge of payroll principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
