ATR International is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant II for a major client!
Location : Cupertino, CA | hybrid
Hourly Rate Range : $26.00 - $36.00
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain calendar, including prioritizing requests and providing availability to meeting organizers.
- Support planning and execution of internal events such as team-building activities, launch events, retirements, and client anniversaries.
- Coordinate logistics, catering, materials, and onsite support as needed.
- Assist with travel planning, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation when required.
- Handle approved purchasing needs through Amazon and WorkStore.
- Place WorkStore orders for new hires and assist with desk setup and workspace readiness.
- Order name plates and update Seat Manager with accurate seating assignments.
- Meet with visiting vendors or technicians and escort them to designated work areas.
- Coordinate with Facilities, IS&T, and other teams to ensure seamless onsite support.
- Restock office supplies and maintain common areas.
- Submit tickets to IS&T, Facilities, or Janitorial services as needed.
- Assist with package handling and support general onsite requests, including distributing cables or accessories to team members.
Requirements :
2–3 years of administrative, coordination, or operational support experience.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with calendar management and scheduling tools.Benefits

Compensation
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
