Job descriptionEnforce company safety policies in alignment with OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations. Conduct regular job site inspections and risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate hazards. Investigate incidents and near-misses, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Maintain accurate safety records and documentation. Collaborate with project managers and field staff to foster a culture of safety and accountability. This position will work in support of the Project team and be responsible for the project safety oversight Construction Safety Professionals that understand the Teach, Coach, Train concept of Safety Leadership will fit the best Complete and document safety audits of the job site each week to ensure compliance with all site-specific and corporate safety policies Investigate all incidents and safety hazards working closely with all management to bring them to a positive resolution Ensure that all recommendations for safety improvements are brought to the Site team and made in a timely manner Ensure that all company, site, and OSHA standards are adhered to Complete and submit all site safety documentation as required for the project Complete all necessary Safety documentation as needed Hands on training Fall protection Proper use of safety equipment Implement safety program and solution. Have the ability to connect with the crews. Inspections and Audits Minimum of 1 year experience in safety management within the construction industry. OSHA 30 certification required; OSHA 510 / 500 preferred. Relevant certifications such as CSP or CHST are advantageous. Excellent communication skills. Bilingual
