Chemours is seeking a Senior Accountant, External Reporting to join our growing Finance team! This position will report directly to the External Reporting Lead at our Wilmington, DE location.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Prepare SEC reporting materials such as Form 10Q and 10K, and assist in future offering documents;
• Prepare and provide financial data and analyses for quarterly earnings release and various investor presentations;
• Analyze relevant financial data such as balance sheet and income statement accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy of the global financials and consistency of financial disclosures;
• Compliance with SOX and other internal controls over financial reporting;
• Assists in company implementation of new accounting and reporting requirements;
• Perform technical research as necessary;
• Interact with global controllership and independent public accountants on accounting and reporting matters;
• Identify and initiate process improvements for functional productivity.

Pay Range (in local currency) :

$105,280.00 - $164,500.00

Annual Bonus Target :

11%
