Job Details :
Seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk able to work in a high-volume setting. This person will be responsible for processing all invoices, purchase orders, and disbursement requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications :
- At least one year of recent experience in an accounts payable or similar role
- Advanced knowledge of MS systems
- Proficient in typing
- Proficient math skills and quick problem solving skills
Pay Details :
$21 - $22 / hr
Job Duties :
- Process disbursements
- Reconcile / process company expenses
- Respond to inquires within the organization and outside as well
- Code / enter invoices and disbursement requests to appropriate accounts, departments and product lines
- Sort and route invoices for approval
- Perform other duties as assigned
