Finance Manager of Capital Asset

Responsibilities :
- The Finance Manager of Capital Asset Planning / Construction in Process will oversee financial processes and reporting of eBuilder construction projects
- Monitor the approval process for funding capital projects
- Serve as the administrator for StrataJazz System
- Complete Capital Forecast Reporting and Capital Cash Flow.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Required experience includes 10 years of Capital Asset Management and / or Construction Finance / Job Costing with a minimum of 2 years of current management experience.
- Bachelors Degree required
