Location : Cincinnati, OH

Hybrid Schedule : 1-3 days in office / 2-4 days at home weekly

Job Summary PatientPoint is seeking a strategic thinker and effective communicator to lead data-driven initiatives and advance our organization data IQ as our Director of Analytics.

The person filling this roll will have shown the ability to drive work including statistical models, AI / ML work, and creating analytics together via impactful data visualizations to help our business run and grow.

What Youll Do

• Lead and manage teams, setting objectives and guiding professional development.
• Partners with stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs and translate them into an analytics roadmap with the analytics product management.
• Mentor manager / senior managers in analytics to create an environment which makes sense to our user community as the run and grow our business.
• Integrate Data Literacy into analytics deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal customers to understand short term analytics needs and deliver them within a long-term environment.
• Manage design, deployment, and management of platforms (, R / Python, HEX)
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and competitive strategies to continuously improve the teams capabilities and methodologies.

• Data Engineering to ensure data is available for analytics work in a planned manner.
• Product Management to create a backlog for the team.
• Release Management to ensure releases are coordinated and planned.
• Quality Assurance to ensure releases are reliable and supportable.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, providing regular updates on data analytics initiatives and their impact on business goals.
• Ensure data governance and compliance with data privacy and protection regulations.
• Manage budget, resources, and tools necessary for data analysis projects.

What We Need

• 8+ years of experience in data science
• 4+ years of experience in data visualization
• 4+ years of experience in a management / leadership role
• Proven knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, and data mining.
• Strong experience in data visualization and reporting tools (, Tableau, Power BI, etc).
• Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, or Snowflake.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL

• Advanced degree in data / analytics related area
• Ability to translate complex technical details into clear business insights.
• Demonstrated effective and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify continuous improvement for data products.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective driver of team towards a common goal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience working with sales and customer service teams in healthcare
