Patient Access Representative - Ambulatory

Work Schedule : This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of noon -8 : 30 PM.

We are seeking a Patient Access Representative - Ambulatory to :

  • E nter and verify demographic and insurance information, identify and collect patient financial obligations, and register or admit patients.
  • Promote a positive patient and family experience, exhibit empathy, engage in compassionate collections, and demonstrate strong communication skills.
  • Cover a variety of clinic locations and hours as needed. Education : Minimum - High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred - Associate's Degree in Business, Finance.
